Orders
In-stock pieces ship within two business days. Made-to-order pieces take two to six weeks; custom commissions take six to ten weeks.

Shipping
Everywhere. Delivery is free to Albania, Kosovo and North Macedonia. For other countries, we'll let you know by email or phone about any extra transport fees before your piece is sent.

Returns
In-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days, unworn and in original packaging. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.

Authenticity & care
Yes — every piece carries the Argjendari Jon hallmark and is delivered with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
