Orders
In-stock pieces ship within two business days. Made-to-order pieces take two to six weeks; custom commissions take six to ten weeks.

Shipping
Worldwide. Shipping is complimentary and fully insured by FedEx Priority or BRINK'S, depending on destination and value.

Returns
In-stock pieces may be returned within 30 days, unworn and in original packaging. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.

Authenticity & care
Yes — every piece carries the Albanian assay office hallmark and our maison mark, and is delivered with a numbered certificate of authenticity.
