Methods
All pieces are shipped by FedEx Priority or BRINK'S Global Services, depending on value and destination. Tracking is provided.

Timing
In-stock pieces ship within two business days. Made-to-order pieces ship after production — typically two to six weeks. Custom commissions follow their own schedule.

Packaging
Outer packaging is unbranded. The inner presentation box carries the maison's mark.

Duties & taxes
For shipments outside the EU, duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid at checkout. There are no surprises on delivery.
