Terms of Sale

All sales are concluded with Argjendari Jon Sh.p.k., a company registered in Tirana, Albania (NIPT to be provided on request). Full legal-entity details are published on our Legal Notice page.

Prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. For shipments outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply on delivery and are the buyer's responsibility unless stated as prepaid at checkout.

An order is concluded when payment is processed and an order-confirmation email is sent. The atelier reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspected fraud, with full refund.

Under Albanian consumer law (Law 9902/2008) and EU distance-selling rules, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Pieces must be returned unworn, in original packaging. Custom, engraved, and personalised pieces are not subject to withdrawal (Art. 36/5).

Custom commissions require a 50% non-refundable deposit at sketch approval. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Custom pieces are bespoke and are not eligible for return under the right of withdrawal above.

All pieces carry a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects under Albanian consumer law. We will repair or replace any piece found defective during this period at no cost. Wear-and-tear, accidental damage, and unauthorised repairs are not covered.

We work to resolve any dispute amicably; please contact hello@argjendari-jon.com first. If unresolved, Albanian consumers may apply to the Consumer Protection Commission. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tirana.
